Solution Focused Brief Therapy

I work with individuals who are ready for focused, intentional therapy that leads to measurable change. 

Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of rumination, emotional reactivity, or burnout, or struggling with shame, intimacy, or communication. Together, we identify the patterns maintaining distress and work actively to build skills that support regulation, clarity, and follow-through. My approach integrates trauma-informed psychotherapy, neurodivergent-affirming strategies, and creative interventions to help clients move out of survival mode and into sustainable change at an advanced rate.

Structure and Time Frame

Because this work is structured and goal-oriented, most clients begin with weekly sessions for approximately 2-3 months and then transition to bi-weekly therapy as progress stabilizes. Many clients complete therapy within six months. This practice is a good fit for people who want therapy to feel purposeful, collaborative, and time-limited rather than open-ended or life long process.
