About me

Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy in Colorado

Hi, I’m Julia. I provide a creative, trauma-informed space for those who are tired of 'trying to fit in' and are ready to embrace their true, unmasked identity.

Traditional talk therapy can sometimes feel like a performance. As someone with lived experience navigating ADHD and anxiety, I know the frustration of wanting change but getting stuck in a sensory overload or the "talking loop."

From the Outside In: My Journey

I began my career as a makeup artist, helping people express themselves outwardly; Yet I felt a calling to help people feel at home in their inner worlds as well...

That calling led me to Art Therapy: a clinical practice that blends creativity, neuroscience, and compassion to process what words cannot.

My Clinical Background

I am an LPCC and ATR-P with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Transpersonal Art Therapy. Having worked in both high and low support settings, I know that healing requires a flexible toolkit.

I draw from a blend of cognitive tools (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing) and "deep-dive" somatic and expressive practices (IFS-informed parts work and Art Therapy). This allows us to work with both the logical mind and the creative spirit, helping you find a path to your authentic self that feels sustainable and safe.

Ready to see if we’re a fit?

I offer a free 15-minute consultation. This is a low-pressure way to see if my approach and personality feel like the right match for your needs.
