Meet Julia

Compassionate and creative Art Therapist and counselor

Living in a world that’s constantly telling you to do more, be more, and never rest, is overwhelming-especially if you’re neurodivergent. You might be dealing with anxiety, burnout, or masking fatigue in a world that doesn't feel built for your brain. My clients are often seeking emotional regulation, fulfillment, organization, and a more peaceful relationship with themselves.

I offer neurodivergent-affirming art therapy rooted in lived ADHD experience, blending Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and a humanistic approaches with creative expression. Trained in transpersonal Art Therapy, I use visual expression to help externalize emotions, deepen insight, and build internal tools for healing and growth.

Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible. We’ll check in often to make sure our work fits your needs and goals. I bring straightforward communication, authenticity, and warmth into sessions. If the usual routes haven’t felt right, let’s talk and see if this space can support your healing in a way that actually works for you.
