Meet Julia
Compassionate and creative Art Therapist and counselor
Living in a world that’s constantly telling you to do more, be more, and never rest, is overwhelming-especially if you’re neurodivergent. You might be dealing with anxiety, burnout, or masking fatigue in a world that doesn't feel built for your brain. My clients are often seeking emotional regulation, fulfillment, organization, and a more peaceful relationship with themselves.
I offer neurodivergent-affirming art therapy rooted in lived ADHD experience, blending Motivational Interviewing, DBT, and a humanistic approaches with creative expression. Trained in transpersonal Art Therapy, I use visual expression to help externalize emotions, deepen insight, and build internal tools for healing and growth.
Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and responsive. We check in regularly to ensure the work aligns with your goals and evolving needs. I bring direct communication, authenticity, and warmth into sessions. If traditional therapy approaches have not felt accessible or effective, this space may offer a more supportive and sustainable way to engage in mental health counseling and art therapy that actually works for you.
