Meet Julia

Compassionate and creative Art Therapist and counselor

Living in a world that’s constantly telling you to do more, be more, and never rest, is overwhelming-especially if you’re neurodivergent. You might be dealing with anxiety, burnout, or masking fatigue in a world that doesn't feel built for your brain. My clients are often seeking emotional regulation, fulfillment, more organized lives, and a more peaceful relationship with themselves.

I offer neurodivergent-affirming art therapy rooted in lived ADHD experience, blending Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and human-centered approaches with creative expression. Trained in Art Therapy,  I use visual expression to help externalize emotions, deepen insight, and build internal tools for healing and growth.

Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and responsive. We check in regularly to ensure the work aligns with your goals and evolving needs. I bring direct communication, authenticity, and joy into sessions. If traditional therapy approaches have not felt accessible or effective, this space may offer a more supportive and helpful way to engage in therapy that actually works for you.
