Meet Julia

Compassionate and creative Art Therapist and Mental Health Counselor

Living in a society that’s constantly telling you to do more, be more, and never rest, is overwhelming-especially if you’re neurodivergent. You might be dealing with anxiety, burnout, or masking fatigue in a world that doesn't feel built for your brain. When my clients seek me out they are often wanting better emotional regulation, fulfillment, organization, and a more peaceful relationship with themselves.

I offer neurodivergent-affirming art therapy rooted in lived ADHD experience, blending Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and psychodynamic approaches with creative expression. Trained in Art Therapy,  I use visual expression to help externalize emotions, deepen insight, and build the groundwork for a happier life.

In our therapy sessions, I bring presence, flexibility, and genuine care. We check in regularly to ensure the work aligns with your goals and evolving needs. I try not only to be direct in my communication, but also bring authenticity and joy into the space
. If traditional therapy approaches have not felt accessible or effective, this path may offer a more supportive way in, that actually works for you.
