Meet Julia

Compassionate and creative Art Therapist and counselor

Living in a society that’s constantly telling you to do more, be more, and never rest, is overwhelming-especially if you’re neurodivergent. You might be dealing with anxiety, burnout, or masking fatigue in a world that doesn't feel built for your brain. When my clients seek me out they are often wanting better emotional regulation, fulfillment, organization, and a more peaceful relationship with themselves.

I offer neurodivergent-affirming art therapy rooted in lived ADHD experience, blending Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and human-centered approaches with creative expression. Trained in Art Therapy,  I use visual expression to help externalize emotions, deepen insight, and build the groundwork for a happier life.

In our therapy sesssions I'm present, flexible and responsive. We check in regularly to ensure the work aligns with your goals and evolving needs. I try not only to be direct in my communication, but also bring authenticity and joy into the space. If traditional therapy approaches have not felt accessible or effective, this path may offer a more supportive way in, that actually works for you.
