ADHD is not about laziness or a lack of willpower; It's about having a nervous system that is wired differently. With me, therapy isn’t about forcing yourself into productivity hacks that don’t last. Instead, it’s about cultivating strategies that honor your natural rhythms, support your nervous system, and nurture your creativity.

Many individuals with ADHD struggle with overwhelm, executive functioning challenges, rejection sensitivity, shame, and sensory overload. These challenges can feel exhausting and isolating, but you don’t have to face them alone. In my practice, I offer virtual therapy across Colorado for ADHD, trauma, and anxiety, providing a safe and supportive space to explore new ways of working with your brain instead of against it.

Through art therapy and connection, we slow down the spiral of negative thoughts and feelings. Together, we’ll use creative tools to make the invisible parts of ADHD, like racing thoughts, emotional storms, or chaotic to-do lists both visible and manageable. This process builds both clarity and self-compassion.

What sets my approach apart is that I bring both clinical training and lived experience. I understand firsthand how discouraging it can feel when “just try harder” isn’t enough. My goal is to help you discover practical tools that actually work for your brain, approaches that reduce shame, increase agency, and support genuine progress.
